Use, operation and maintenance.
The hirer must:
- Provide photo identification prior to hiring equipment.
- Use the hired goods in a skilful and proper manner.
- Maintain and return the equipment in good working order, reasonable wear and tear excepted, including all attachments/accessories (wheel locks, keys, cords etc).
- Not remove any signage or labels to the equipment.
- The equipment is returned to the owner clean of all foreign matter or agrees to a reasonable cleaning fee being charged by the owner.
Where the equipment is to be kept on public property/land it will be the hirer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary permit/s.
** Tonkin Group will require the address/s of the intended location/s for insurance purposes
Loss, damage or breakdown of equipment.
- The hirer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment irrespective of how the loss or damage occurred, except for fair wear and tear, during the hire period.
- If there is breakdown or failure of the equipment the hirer shall notify the owner immediately for the appropriate action to be taken.
- Any fine/fee/penalty incurred by the equipment being incorrectly positioned will be the sole responsibility of the hirer.
- The hirer agrees to pay any/an insurance claim excess fee and/or pay for any damage repairs.
Hiring charges.
Daily hire $99
Weekend $165.00 (Friday PM – Monday AM)
Weekly $445.50 (7 days)
Need delivery?
$66 each way delivery fee within 20km of Albury.
$66 + $2.20 per km delivery 20km outside of Albury.
Payment of account.
** all outstanding fees at the end of the hire period will be debited to the hirer’s debit/credit card.
Cancellation fee.
In the event that the hirer requires to cancel the booking, 24hrs notice of this cancellation is required for a full refund to be granted. If the cancellation is within 24hrs of the booking date the total cost of the booking will be charged.
